We have Drain Kings come once a year to check and clean out our drains. Service is always prompt. This year the tech came with a mask and booties. Lovely company to work with. I highly recommend.

Drain Kings did an amazing job replacing all of our 57 year old cast iron sewer lines. We were in the middle of a home renovation project and realized that we had a problem. I called Drain Kings, and they had a person out to our house within the hour. Joe R. was our main contact person. He exceeded our expectations for the job. Joe was very professional and explained everything in detail. He also showed us the video footage of the issues with our pipes, so we understood the depth of the problems we were dealing with. He identified the problem and very quickly had a crew out to replace/repair the sewer lines. One of the lines went under our brand new patio. The team tunneled under the patio so that they didn't have to demo or damage it. They were incredibly professional and fast. We were on a tight schedule with our construction project, and they made sure they got the work done so we wouldn't be delayed on our renovation schedule. I had serious issues with my sewage line out to the street. I had a few companies come out and give estimates, none were great. Justin from Drain Kings came out and he was thorough, informative and a real nice guy. He told me the other estimates were garbage, and then proved why. He explained everything to me, seriously, everything. I really appreciated that. It means a lot when people go out of their way to let you know what's the beat way to proceed. Justin was amazing. I could tell the overestimates bothered him as well, as they do make the profession less reliable. Justin gave me a price and a work time that were both half the closest rival's. I really can't imagine going with another company for any of my plumbing needs, although I probably won't have any since they've been here. A great company with great people! It started as a clogged sink, but ended up being a lot bigger issue. Joe was very clear on the different options we could do. I had a clogged pool drain and called them to snake it out. They were so honest and explained that there was a chance it would damage the plumbing pipes because of all the angles and cheap material. So I decided not to use them and use drano Instead. They didn't even charge me for the visit. Will use them next time for sure. Thanks for being so honest!

When our backyard sewer drain backed up and the rains started flooding the backyard, Tracy at Drain Kings fixed it and the cost was reasonable.  He and his associates were knowledgeable and great to work with.  Watch the camera snake thought the pipe for some real entertainment.  I want to solve all my problems with a 5000psi jet of water.

I have been dealing with a leaking sink (there was always water in the cabinet underneath) for 2 years now since we moved in and replaced the old sinks and faucets. I had several workers look at it, no one really said why it is leaking and they tightened the rings, placed Teflon tape in the threads, placed some putty somewhere.... It never worked. So I put a blue tape across the sink for nobody to use it and gave up. Then last week my coworker told me about an amazing experience she had with a Plumber and told me to give him a try. I called Joe, within a day he was able to come by on a Saturday, although it is not an emergency. He looked at it, within, I am not kidding, 10 seconds he identified the problem, placed the putty where it needed to really go to seal the leak and within 5 minutes my problem was fixed. Amazing! Joe was friendly, professional and explained to me what to do if there is any more problems. Mike Noteware has been great to work with throughout the process! Our sewer line backup turned into a much bigger project than expected as we had multiple root issues (from trees in the street), Mike gave me multiple options step by step as we have worked through the issues.

I was in need of a plumber and not sure if I needed new toilets or other work. Called Drain Kings, Mike came over, took a look at both our toilets and snaked them for awhile.  Mike is a very hard worker, so professional and very clean. We had an emergency drain issue. It has turned out to be a huge project of digging a trench through the house and garage to the mainline outside. No one likes that kind of news. I called at least 10 different plumbers on a Sunday to try and get someone to come out and clear a clogged kitchen drain. Almost nobody answered and the few that did wanted to charge an emergency fee because it was a Sunday. Joe came out the same day and ran a camera and found and resolved the issue in minutes. One of those rare cases where I'd give 10 stars if it was available. Monday afternoon I learned that I am having issues with my sewer line backing up. I called Drain Kings at around 3:30 in the afternoon hoping that they can send someone the next day. The lady on the phone got my address information and the nature of the problem and said that someone can be there within 15-30 minutes. Wow!!! About 20 minutes later, two guys, Mike and Tracy showed up at my door. Very professional, clean, respectful. Withing few minutes they determined what the problem was, used a camera to pinpoint the exact location (actually found roots blocking the pipe in several locations). They cleaned the immediate problem and gave me several options on how to address it long term. They came back the next day exactly as scheduled and did all the necessary work. All in all, I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic bunch of guys. My mainline was full of roots and these guys came out to my house at 2am on a Saturday and helped me get flowing again. Drian kings were able to dig up a section that night and repaired a section that was broken. Then while there they can a camera (imagin that a camera) into my sewer system and showed me what a poor condition my line was in and I told them to please lets get this done asap. They were on it and within a few days my family and I were able to flush with a piece of mind. Great service, nice guys and clean as well as cost affective. If you have plumbing problems look no further. Our master bath sinks were not draining and these guys came out immediately and got everything up and running with kindness and class. The work was impeccable, very neat and clean. They had to break open an exterior wall and dig into our landscaped courtyard to get to the clogged pipes. I have to say an excellent plumbing experience.....  my main line was backed up into some of the ancillary lines and they did a great job of eliminating the clog with a high pressure waterjet.... they told me when they would be there... showed up a bit early and were done in less time than expected...and the price was very fair.   I hope I don't need this kind of service again but if I do, I know who I'll be calling

My 89 year old father needed drains cleared because of a partial clog with slow draining. The first place that I called was a local business and the rates quoted were $145 for the visit and $135 per branch lines (4 of them) as needed. They did offer a 5% senior discount which made little difference. I then called Drain Kings and spoke with Briana. She quoted less for the complete job than the other wanted just for a visit. She was also able to get Jason to come by within an hour and handle it. My father called me later and advised that Jason had found the problem right away, cleared it up and left. He said that Jason informed him afterward that the job qualified for the basic rate as it was a simple fix. He charged less than half of what I agreed to. They knew that I was willing to pay even more if they identified any additional problems. None found. These people are as honest and as dependable as it gets. They have displayed a kindness and compassion for others that is simply not found any longer in today's world. I feel very fortunate to have called them and I will never call anyone else again. I had the best experience with this company and I really feel like I owe it to them to let people know how they treated me. I'm a single dad of 3 and in the middle of a nasty divorce. I was getting the house ready for my kids, who I was supposed to pick up from swimming and bring them back to my house. Around 4:30 my kitchen sink gets backed up. I'm a little concerned cause I'm going to have the kids back at 6 and my sink isn't working. Then I remembered that I had saved a coupon I had received in the mail and it said any drain, 49.00! I grabbed the coupon and called. The nicest lady picked up and I told her my situation. She said she can get someone there between 5-7 and they'd call about 30 minutes before they got there. I told her that I wasn't going to be back with the kids till around 6. She said she'd call the technician and that she'd call me back. It took only a few minutes and she called me back saying that he would be there after 6. I get back at exactly 6, and about 5-7 minutes later, Ramin gets there. I cannot say enough good things about this man. I couldn't have asked for better service! He unclogged my sink, cleaned everything and did it all for 49 bucks! From the first second I called this company, to the second Ramin left, the best customer service!

I hadeto have the main sewer line fixed which another plumbing service quoted me as having to tear up the street to get the work done. Drain Kings completed the work without having to tear up the street or even the sidewalk. And they were reasonably priced (add less expensive) than "the other guys" quote. The office staff was knowledgeable about what I needed done. The technicians that came out for the original inspection were top-notch professional and were the technicians that came out to do the job. Don't call anywhere else. Just call ***********. Ok so I had a major block in my main line at the street. This was my first experience with Drain Kings but I was not disappointed. Ramin my plumber came out and worked for an hour or so to get the clog out with a snake then the owner of the company came out and ran a camera and showed me the block and about where it was located. I being skeptical cause most plumbers have a bad rep said to Ramin "I want to call some other plumbers to get more quotes on the job" . So Ramin says no problem but just call me and give me a chance to match it. He shakes my hand and drives away (No Charge!!!). Weird right? Anyway called a few flaky plumbers that were local and it turns out it was a great price and the fact that he already did all this work and didn't charge me made me feel I was in safe hands. So Drain Kings came back did an amazing job (dug 6' hole) and then when they were finished you wouldn't even know they worked in my yard. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Thanks Ramin!!! I called this company because their drain cleaning service was a fair price, $49. I thought I just needed to clear the kitchen drain. It turned out to be a much bigger job. Jason one of the owners tried the clean out but it was too clogged. He recommended to change the pipe. I was reluctant, but I could see the pipe was blocked from what he was doing. He quoted me a $600 for three horizontal drain pipes. I was given other quotes in the past and this was by far the most reasonable. I agreed. When he cut the kitchen drain pipe, it was almost all clogged. This was money very well spent. Jason did a great job, the pipes are clear and there are no leaks. Most importantly, he was honest, when many are not.  Thanks.

These guys rock! I had a shower that wasn't draining well and I wanted to get some preventive maintenance done to it to get ahead of a problem. They booked me for an appointment within 24 hours, called me the morning of to confirm the appointment, and Jason showed up right on time. He assessed the shower drain and sink drain, and was able to identify where the backup was likely occurring. He ended up needing to only clear the shower drain and cleared a blockage that was about 7-8 feet down. He gave some recommendations for how to prevent it in the future, and then left a quote for some alternate repair work on a kitchen drain that's been having air venting noises. If I need any further plumbing work it'll definitely be from these guys!

Drain kings really helped me and my family out in a pretty messed up situation. We have what we thought was a broken pipe and ha a company come out and quote us on a whole new repipe- of which we didn't need. We didn't even need to get our house repiped- we were able to get a jetted and lining done for WAY less than the original quote. The charge was only $49.00 which is an amazing price for a weekend! The problem turned up to a bigger drainage city line issue. Because he couldn't repair it 100%, I wasn't even charged. They also send me a proper Invoice with pictures. This is really a professional company. And I will use them going forward.

Drain kings is fantastic! They came to my grandmas house at 3am because she has one bathroom only and the tub, toilet, and sink were all backed up. Rushed over to my grandmas to meet them and they were already done. When I got there the manager Tiago was changing light bulbs. Light bulbs at 3am!!!! Amazing service!

Our toilets stopped flushing, and our tub started filling up with sudsy water from cleaning dishes in the kitchen sink. Time to find a plumber! The issue turned out to be roots in the old clay piping, running 80 feet from the house, under our backyard, and to the city sewer. The options were to dig out and replace the old clay pipe, do a "pipe burst" where they pull a new pipe through the old one, or do a liner (expensive). Out of the several plumbers we contacted, Drain Kings felt the most honest, knowledgeable, and were prompt. (Some plumbers didn't even bother to call back!) They had all the necessary equipment to do the pipe burst for 65 feet, then liner for the last 15 feet, and did the entire job in one day. Our field supervisor was Nshan Kazandzhyan, and he had with him a crew of 5 people (Robert, Marco, Carlos, Nelson, and Emerson). They were here from 7:30am to 4:30pm. They were all professional and polite, and kept the working areas very clean. They laid down plastic sheets for all the dirt they dug up, and put everything back the best they could. Since they couldn't pack the dirt back down as much as it was, the extra dirt was scattered around the dirt parts of our yard and around the trees. But overall it looked like nothing even happened, but our drains worked again! They also installed a new clean-out which is accessible beyond the deck. And the contract includes a 50 year warranty on the work. Drain Kings will also come out to inspect the work for the next two years, free of charge! The new pipe is flexible, so is more likely to survive ground movement over the old clay pipe. Drain Kings was very professional, and very clean. Also, their price came in at less than half of the most expensive quote I received. If you ever need this work done, I would recommend Drain Kings in a heartbeat. On a Friday at 5:00 p.m. our toilet clogged and was almost overflowing. I first left a message with another company and they never even returned my call.  I called Drain Kings and they said they were able to send someone over within 2 hours. Justin arrived within an hour and  was able to snake it and unclog it immediately. This was a great relief as I didn't want to leave it on the brink of overflowing overnight. These guys are ones you want to call if you have any kind of clogged drains or back up lines! From the first call to get info, to the follow ups to schedule, and finally the service itself were all professional and courteous. Because I called for my tenant, I had to schedule around her availability, but Amanda at the office was very accommodating and worked with me to find a time that suited everyone. When we did schedule the appointment, they gave us a 1 hour window and were very prompt, giving a call before arriving. Last week, I had a major problem with the plumbing at my income, commercial property. My regular plumber attempted to remedy the situation, but said that it was too serious, beyond his area of expertise, and advised me to call a larger, more specialized company. It was an emergency! I did some research, and called a few highly recommended companies, and decided to go with Drain Kings of Los Angeles. They were very courteous, professional, and responsive. One of the technical supervisors, Nshan, arrived very promptly and understood the sense of urgency to remedy the plumbing issues. He did a thorough analysis, and explained the extensive work that was required. It was getting late in the evening, and he called all of his resources to send crews, bring cameras, and figure out the primary issues. I knew it would be a huge project, since the building is so ancient; probably at least one hundred years old. After some clean-up and attempting to clear the backed up plumbing system for four storefronts, I met with the owner, Tiago, his foreman Brandon, and again with Nshan. With such a professional and knowledgeable team, I felt confident that I had made the right decision. They worked around the clock for nearly a week! I was very impressed that Tiago was so hands-on and available. He would continuously give me updates, and if I had questions, he would even come on his personal time to the site to thoroughly explain each step. Let me first start by thanking both Brandon Lamont and Tim Braden. Both were fantastic, friendly, honest, and helped me understand how severe my current plumbing situation was. It wasn't just verbal, but they showed me using the latest video technology. My situation was as bad as it can get for my tenants and these guys came in and got the job done! I had a main sewage line breakage and the front yard was beginning to flood with sewage water, it was nasty. It turned out that my sewage line had collapsed in several areas and was backed up. It was clearly visible through the video monitor they provided as we inspected the line to find the problem. The home was built in 1926 and so it was time for a serious repair. I did first get a hold of both Roto-Rooter and Mike Diamond and explained to them over the phone the situation and what I was seeing, both quoted me much higher prices than the Drain Kings. After being disappointed with both their quote prices, I googled mainline sewer repairs and the Drain Kings popped up. I immediately noticed their pricing was much more affordable than both Roto-Rooter and Mike Diamond. So I called up the Drain Kings and liked what I heard. They arrived early that same morning, assessed the situation using the latest technology and quoted me a great price for what needed to be done. Additional Drain King members showed up and began the work of replacing a large portion of my sewage line which was anywhere between 5 to 6 feet underground, added a clear out line and got this very old sewage line back up and running. Both Brandon and Tim were super awesome, Brandon kept me updated every step of the way with both video and pictures. These guys got this monstrous task done under the first El Niño severe storm that hit LA. Nothing stopped these guys no matter how hard it rained, they continue to work to ensure this job would get done in a timely manner so that my tenets can have full access to this sewage line as quickly as possible. This team was awesome and they worked into the night. The work is all done, all deep trenches have been re-filled, a new sewage line is in, and everything looks back as it did before this disastrous of a break occurred on this very old sewage line. For about 6 months, probably longer, we had been smelling a foul smell in our bathroom to which we ignored. We called a plumber about 3 months ago but he said he smelled nothing. In comes my phone call to Drain Kings, who showed up to my house not only on time, but early. They quickly showed us that there was indeed a sewage leak to mass proportions! We unfortunately had to first clean up what was months of sewage in the crawl space of our house but also ended up re-piping the whole house (copper + pex) as our pipes looked like they hadn't been replaced since 1926. Two bits of advice for home owners; 1) always get a plumbing inspection when purchasing a home 2) NEVER let a home problem linger! After clean up, repiping, new water heater and replacing the main sewer line, we were in our home in 1 week time frame. They knew we were out of our home and worked diligently to get us into our house as soon as possible. Along the way Tiago kept us informed with pictures and constant email communication of the work. I appreciate the work that went into making our home a safe (non-sewage filled) place!

Nshan was prompt, honest, and saved us a hundred dollars! He showed up exactly when Drain Kings said he would. We originally thought we needed two jobs done, but he quickly identified an easy fix that required no replacement parts. His service was also fast and efficient. Billy came out today. He was fast, efficient and didn't waste time trying to sell me once I made it clear I knew what I wanted (just the drain clearing) and the risks. Their drain cleaning special is a good deal.

Called the drain kings to come out and clean my drains outside to prepare for this so called "El Nino" . Im so glad I called them because i havent cleaned my drains in years and the roots had literally broken through the pipes ! They had some great ideas and technology for repairing them without damaging my property which i loved! I will definitely recommend these guys to all my friends and family !

Our ceiling in the basement had a leak and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We had called a plumber, roofer and a general handyman but no one could find out what was going on. I called the Drain Kings and they came over for an inspection. Tony and Tiago came over and spent a good amount of time trying to find the leak. It was determined that the water was seeping in from the outside of the building. The next day, they opened up the ceiling and walls and found mold in the insides of the walls. Tiago and Tony devised a game plan to tackle this situation. Part one was to take out all the drywall, de-mold and while everything was being worked on, we decided to to re-wire the electricity, put in new flooring and paint. They arranged for a big dumpster and crew to work on our basement. This took about three weeks. Phase two included sealing and weatherproofing the outside of the building. This included re-stucco-ing the walls where the water was seeping in and creating new drainage path to divert water away from the building. This took about two weeks. We also had the old water pipe in the rear of the building upgraded and up to code. Overall, the dust, noise and general construction is never fun but Drain Kings and team did a good job. I would recommend to anyone else that needs diagnosis, immediate help or work done on their property.

Well I wrote this review yesterday and I have no idea why it did not post. But let me tell you about my experience with Drain Kings. My family was purchasing a home in woodland hills south of the boulevard. The streets are narrow and filled with trees. As a precaution I decided to do a inspection on the main line to make sure not only the plumbing the house was intact but also the sewer line was fine. My Realtor arranged a plumbing company to come out. We ll what do you know they state that the main sewer line needs to be replaced costing thousands of dollars. Being that we were at the top of our budget already, but knowing we were getting a great deal it put me in a very tough corner. After speaking with my wife we agreed to talk to call another plumbing company and get a second opinion before making our decision, and thank god we did. We contacted Drain Kings after a quick internet search. The receptionist was very kind and cordial in no time she set up a call at the house. When I arrived Tiago and Tony were there waiting for me right on time. After doing there inspection they were able to fix the issue with jetting the line. To cut to the chase, Drain Kings was awesome! I had a serious sewer issue, Tony and Tiago came out and had the best solution from the five estimates I got. I ended up replacing all the corroded cast iron under my house, and lining the sewer line to the alley. They did a great job: brought in a large crew; restored the bathroom and closet they had to jackhammer; and left my home in good order. I was without water for only a couple of hours each day, and every night of this six day repair, they made sure I had full use of my home. This was a messy job, but Drain Kings made it as easy as could be. These guys are the best

So after moving in to my new house it took a second to get our laundry machines delivered. Finally that day came and as you could imagine we had a ton to do being a family of 4. Well after putting our first load in and walking away we though life couldn't be better. Boy were we wrong. With in 10 minutes our entire laundry room was flooded.
